Eric consults with law firm management in the recruitment and placement of law firm partners and practice groups, strategic mergers, and the hiring of key staff members. Eric also works with corporations, financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations in their recruitment of senior level executives.
From 1991 to 2015, Eric was an integral part of senior management and an owner of Howard-Sloan Search, Inc.
From 1988 to 1991, Eric was an associate in the tax department with Rogers & Wells (now part of Clifford Chance) in New York City.
